I am one of those folk that absolutely LOVES Christmas. It is a season that extra effort is made to catch up with folk. In my work with Vitae, I am very lucky as I effectively have ‘many workplaces’ so have added opportunities to bless and be blessed. Many of the folk I visit are feeling some stress as there is much to finish off this week however, many are also anticipating a change of pace and an opportunity to find some space as they take a short break.
This Christmas, embrace those we love and give of ourselves, making those we meet feel loved and special. Amongst all the busyness that can surround us, I especially wanted to encourage you all to remember others this season. There is lots of good things happening, enjoy all the festivities and keep safe in all that you do. Remember those who for various reasons, find Christmas stressful, lonely, a reminder of loss & grieving, or in any way are struggling this Christmas. May you and those around you make good choices about how to celebrate, what to give, what to spend. May the busyness end and you experience a refreshing change of pace that enables you to find space and grace.
1. Who made a difference in your life this year?
2. What meaningful thing did a person say or do this past year?
3. What difficult experience did you discover blessing in?
4. What are 3 ways you are grateful for friends and family?
5. How can you show those who have blessed you your gratitude?
A VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS to you all.
May the reason for the season bring you blessing ♥
